These Terms & Conditions govern the provision of photography services by Mendeslux Photography (“the Photographer”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By booking a session or event, you (“the Client”) agree to the following terms.
A booking is confirmed once:
a) A signed agreement has been received, and
b) A non-refundable booking fee of 30% has been paid.
The remaining balance is due no later than 14 days before the session or event date. Failure to make full payment may result in cancellation of services.
If the Client cancels:
a) The booking fee is non-refundable.
b) Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event may require full payment.
Rescheduling requests will be accommodated where possible, subject to availability.If the Photographer is unable to attend due to illness, emergency, or unforeseen circumstances, a suitable replacement photographer will be arranged where possible, or a full refund will be issued.
a) Delivery timelines are outlined in the selected package.
b) Images are delivered via a private online gallery.
c) RAW/unedited files are not provided.
d) Final edited images are selected at the Photographer’s professional discretion.
The Client acknowledges that they are familiar with Mendeslux Photography’s portfolio and style. Editing decisions are made at the Photographer’s discretion to maintain a consistent artistic standard.
All images remain the intellectual property of Mendeslux Photography under UK copyright law.
Clients receive a personal licence to:
a) Download images
b) Print images
c) Share images on social media for personal use
Images may not be:
a) Sold
b) Edited, filtered, or altered
c) Used for commercial purposes without written permission
Mendeslux Photography reserves the right to use images for:
a) Portfolio display
b) Website and blog
c) Social media
d) Marketing and promotional materials
Unless the Client requests otherwise in writing prior to the session.
Mendeslux Photography is the data controller responsible for your personal data.
